Beginning T’ai Chi Classes at LVSA
Every Saturday Through The Month Of November 9:00AM-10:00AM
Often referred to as “the gentle art of yielding”, the ancient, slow moving Chinese practice of T’ai Chi Chuan is also healing in many ways. Located at the La Veta School of Arts, 105 W Ryus. Beginning classes will continue every Saturday morning through the month of November. The cost is a donation of $5 per class or $20 for a month of classes.
