Mindfulness Group At La Veta Library
Please join us Thursdays, 10:00-11:30am beginning January 6th at the La Veta Library to learn how to live mindfully as Presence is a lifetime process and is best done with the support of others who are also on a mindful path. Our focus will be on developing a greater capacity for living mindfully. Given the stressors of everyday life, it is important to have support and resources to assist us in being truly present to whatever life may bring. Tools include meditation; conscious breathing; ways to approach different feeling thoughts, stories, perceptions and emotions (energy-in-motion); being away of and kind to our bodies; and discussing ways to be in Presence and compassionate with ourselves and others.
