Lathrop State Park is home to some of the most widely used edible and medicinal plants, but also one of the most deadly poisonous plants, water hemlock. Join local naturalist and environmental interpreter, Bob Kennemer to learn the do’s and don’ts of harvesting wild plants along with a strong emphasis on safety and the environmental ethics of foraging.
