Classical Portrait Sculpting Class

Learn the methods of European master sculptors for achieving a representational portrait in clay. Maria Battista will introduce you to the anatomy of the human head and face, key measurements and visual training as you create a 1/4 size life-sized portrait from a live model using oil-based clay. You will pay your teacher for clay and share the model expense with fellow students. All levels of experience are welcome. $185 (lab fee of $68 for clay with a shared expense of the model).
