Eugene Jacques guest speaker at LVPL
Eugene Jacques from San Luis will be our guest speaker to close out our Mini Two Peaks-One Book series of “The Milagro Beanfield Wars”. Eugene is the “mayordomono” (steward) for the ditches with historical water rights as well as bean farmer raising his great grandmother’s heritage beans. His story is both modern and ancient and not to be missed!
