Junior Rangers: Paint Your Own Nature Art near the Swim Beach at Lathrop State Park

Junior Rangers aged 2-9 years old. Come learn why leaves have veins, just as humans and animals do. Then, paint your own nature art with leaves, sticks, pebbles, feathers and evergreen brushes. This program is free and happens Saturday August 27th at noon. Meet near the Swim Beach Playground at Lathrop State Park. Be sure to bring a parent or guardian, and wear clothing that is painting friendly. Park passes are required on all vehicles entering the park.
