Laughing as Exercise

Join us to experience Laughing As Exercise to support mental, emotional and physical health. Taking care off ourselves so that we are healthier interacting with the world has never been so joyful! Practiced regularly, laughing can help reduce stress, anxiety and depression. We may find that we are less fearful and reactive and more calm, caring, understanding and forgiving when the unexpected happens. Laughing for extended periods brings more oxygen to the body and brain. That is especially important living at higher elevation! You may find yourself more naturally uplifted so that during difficult – feeling times, you more easily relax and find a quiet, natural stillness within and higher wisdom for daily living. Laughing as exercise can also support a deeper sense of wellbeing for those experiencing chronic illness. (There are some conditions where laughing for extended periods may not be advised).
