The Grief Support Group sponsored by Mt. Rose Health Center Palliative Care and Hospice for February will be the usual 2nd Wednesday of the month (February 9th) from 2-3:30pm. In keeping with a Valentine theme, our topic for the month will be “Loving Yourself In Times of Grief” led by Val Stepien, MSW. The group is free, and all are welcome. Until Covid cases decrease, we will not be meeting in person.
