Mindfulness & Meditation Group at Ease Into Peace with Ruth, Val & Shawna
Located at 402 Poplar Street in La Veta. Donations for utilities is appreciated. We are a group who meet to increase mindful awareness in our lives. Each practice begins with 5 minutes of silence. This is followed by a reading, and a tool to use to increase mindfulness and lessen reactivity. We then sit in silent meditation for 20 minutes.
