Open Hearts Fundraiser at Skinny’s Dance Hall in La Veta
On Saturday, February 17th the Together We Dance Campaign (a collaboration with La Veta Library and La Veta Schools) will be teaming up with the La Veta Creative District and Colorado Creative Industries to host a FUNdraiser for the future La Veta Dance Studio! The Open Hearts Fundraiser will take place at Skinny’s Dance Hall (124 N. Main Street) starting at 4:00PM with youth supporting grown-ups that may be wanting a little winter uplift. Activities include a craft table, Youth led dancing, hula hoops, freeze dance, hokey pokey, chicken dance, limbo contest, conga line, fun activities, baked goods and more! From 5:30-7:30 will be adults and couples dancing, another round of limbo contest and conga line, line dancing, best moves contest and even more fun!
