T’AI Chi Classes At La Veta School of the Arts

Often referred to as “the gentle art of yielding”, the ancient, slow moving Chinese practice of T’ai Chi Chuan is also healing in many ways. New, beginning classes will be held beginning Saturday, October 23rd and 30th at 9am at the La Veta School of the Arts. 105 W Ryus – across from the town park. Classes will be held saturday mornings, the cost is $5 per class or $20 for a month of classes as a donation.
