Wisdom Archives Hand Sewing; Before There Were Machines Jaye Sudar

Huajatolla Heritage Foundation with support from Art in Society will have their next program at the Walsenburg Library. Jaye Sudar, a woman of many needle crafting skills will present a program harking back to the art of hand sewing. Not only will she demonstrate techniques, she will also bring interesting samples. If you choose, you can also participate in creating a hand little sewing kit that can easily tuck into your purse or sewing basket (and will also have some great examples of sewing baskets that have been popular in the past!) As always, the program is free, and refreshments will be provided. Contact Sandy Dolak if you wish for more information. (719) 251-1271 or sdolak@hhfoundation.org.

The event is finished.
