SPAWP Highway 12 Firebreak Community Kickoff
Join us at the Cuchara Community Event Center as the Spanish Peaks Alliance for Wildfire Protection joins forces with the Colorado State Forest Service to inform the community and invite everyone to participate in the mitigation projection along Highway 12. The goal is to mitigate 150 feet on either side of the highway to create a shaded fuel brake. There is a grant associated and funds are available to help the community.
