Elder Support Network Meeting at Sangre de Cristo Community Care Building

Always held the 2nd Tuesday of the month a new host will join us for the Elder Support Network. This idea originated from Zeke and Elisa at the Spanish Peaks Health Center Health Fair in October, lets network with one another to support the work we do for the people we love to serve. Join us Februrary 10th at 3:30PM at the Sangre de Cristo Community Care Building in Walsenburg.
