Please join us Thursdays, 10:00-11:30am beginning January 6th at the La Veta “Ease Into Peace” Yoga Studio at 200 South Main Street. Our focus will be on developing a greater capacity for living mindfully. Mindful living is a moment-to-moment lifetime process and is best done with the support of others who are also on a mindful path. Given the stressors of everyday life, it is important to have support and resources to assist us in being truly present to whatever life may bring. Tools include meditation; conscious breathing; ways to approach difficult feeling thoughts, stories, perceptions and emotions (energy-in-motion); being aware of and kind to our bodies; and being compassionate with ourselves and others.
